Our Morning Runs
The Highlander training schedule is a balanced program that works well for recreational runners and competitors from 5K to marathon distance. Our runs are meant to alternate between hard (Tues, Thurs, Sat/Sun) and easy (Mon, Wed, Fri) intensity to maintain stamina, strength, endurance and speed. All Highlander runs meet at the Winchester (MA, USA) Town Common parking lot just west of the Winchester Center commuter rail station.
